About Me
I was born in the Dominican Republic and moved to the United States when I was nine years old. I began studying photography during my junior year of high school and was, for a good while, a dedicated documentary photographer, capturing the beauty, and the grit of my home country and it's humble people. Then I discovered studio photography.
Now, I not only capture but I have a chance to create. I enjoy displaying objects in simple, uncluttered environments so that the objects speak for themselves. To me elegance is simplicity and I strive to create settings that complement a subject without disturbing the essence of it's design. Though I enjoy simple compositions I adore complex colors. I like to use bright and vivid hues to add a few sparks of fun to my typically understated images.
